Summary on Video

This video really makes you understand how much we are hurting and causing Global Warming. This video is very short but is gets the point out that we all need to stop and think about what we are doing. It shows that when we help the planet we really do. We can help by recycling, changing lightbulbs, and using less water.
I find that this video clip got straight to the point and showed it well. I now realize how little things that we do and do not thing about really can be easy to change and therefore help the planet. Also, it is interesting to me that they put in the numbers to show how much we are hurting our planet. Then its cool to see that when we do things to help like recycling the number truly does go down and therefore will help stop global warming.

This video is more like a public service announcement. Does the National Geographic website have more hard science to back up the suggestions that are implied in the video?

I just thought that the video was a good idea for a way to grab a viewer’s attention before discussing the problem (intro).
